TM (Huizhou Tianmei Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd.) is not just a professional integrated manufacturer of arts and crafts integrating design, R&D and production—it is a brand that has been guarding the "warmth of craftsmanship" for two decades.

It all started with a small balcony in Huizhou. Twenty years ago, our founder sat there, sketching the first Christmas pendant with a pencil. He deliberately drew the snowman's scarf in the texture of the hand-woven cloth from his hometown, murmuring: "Festival decorations shouldn't be cold industrial products; they must carry the temperature of handiwork." Today, this 30,000-square-meter production base in Huizhou, Guangdong, has grown from that small balcony. With 6 advanced production lines (including 2 dedicated sewing lines), every stitch and every assembly still adheres to the initial standard set by the founder—"each detail must be reassuring to touch." When the sewing machines hum, they seem to be echoing the sincere aspiration of that year.

This persistence in "warmth and ingenuity" has long been rooted in TM's product development. Our 6 full-time designers, who have inherited the founder's obsession with details, develop more than 2,000 new products every year. When designing the Santa Claus series, they will retain the classic kind smile, while adding soft matte textures that are popular nowadays; when adjusting the curve of the angel's wings, they still remember the hand-drawn draft from the balcony, making every arc full of gentle tension. Especially in the snowman and elf series, we have achieved rich product diversification—from the size of the pendant to the sound of the music movement, we can flexibly customize according to customers' needs. Just like ten years ago, when an American supermarket hoped to add local landmark patterns to Christmas ornaments, our designers spent a week studying dozens of pictures and finally presented a customized version that satisfied the customer. This is how TM interprets "customer first" with practical actions.

Quality is the foundation of guarding warmth. Over the years, TM has never compromised on quality control. From the careful selection of raw materials to the repeated testing of finished products, every process strictly complies with BSCI and ISO9001 international standards. This insistence originated from the founder's first participation in the Canton Fair: he took only 3 hand-made samples, and every stitch was checked repeatedly. A European wholesaler was moved by this meticulousness and placed the first batch order. Today, TM participates in the Canton Fair and Frankfurt Christmas World every year. Before each exhibition, the quality inspection team still checks each product's music movement and sewing details one by one, just like the first time. Up to now, that European wholesaler is still our long-term partner, and more and more large chain supermarkets and wholesalers in Europe and America have joined hands with TM—this is the best recognition of our unremitting pursuit of quality.

While expanding the production scale year by year and improving production capacity, TM has never forgotten its original intention. We don't have grand stories, only the persistence of "doing simple things well". Every product is gently wiped by workers before leaving the factory, as if it were a gift for a friend; every customer's demand is carefully recorded and responded to in a timely manner. "Customer first, service first" is not a slogan hanging on the wall, but the habit formed by TM in the past two decades.
